Employment of Medical Illustrators across Australia

Call for input to National Council Sub Committee Review

National Council has established a sub-committee to look at the issue of employment for medical illustrators across Australia to get a clear picture of things like: levels, qualifications, available training, restrictions to employment, comparisons from state to state, and then offer recommendations to government employing bodies for equality across the country.

The committee is Richard Smallwood (Vic) (Chair), Michael Shapter (Qld), John Baird (NSW), Robert Krause (Qld), and Eamonn McNulty (WA) .

We are inviting members (at least one each) from Tas, NT, ACT, and SA to participate. Even if you don't want to actually be on the committee, we will still need a contact in each State and Territory to act as a liaison person, the workload will be small.

Note input can be submitted confidentially and if need be de-identified so that as many response can be compiled.
